Systemic Law

Systemic law emerged from the analysis of law according to the vision of the higher orders that govern the human conscience. The Orders of Love brought to consciousness through the German Bert Hellinger: The Right to belong, the hierarchy and the balance between giving and receiving.

All our relationships are governed by these primitive rules of the unconscious. When they are broken the whole system moves to find balance and when they are restored the whole system breathes in relief and peace and each member can finally follow his destiny in his own way, free from the burden and pain of the past.

Systemic law sees the conflicting parties as members of the same system, at the same time as it sees each of these parties linked to other systems of which they are part, like family, professional category, ethnicity, religion, among others, and seeks to find the solution that brings greater balance.
